Mumbai-based real estate solutions provider, Sarvam Properties , has raised funding from Dharmil Sheth, Dhaval Shah, and Hardik Dedhia, founders of PharmEasy and All Home, along with a group of angel investors across India.Founded by Manan Joshi, Monty Joshi, and Dhaval Hemani, Sarvam Properties has recently launched Assure X, a INR 300 crore AI-powered initiative specifically for its partner developers. It is designed to integrate high-performance sales execution with on-demand liquidity support, providing a structured mechanism for predictable project cash flows within Mumbai's real estate ecosystem.The fresh capital will be used to strengthen the firm’s operating framework, expand its technology infrastructure, deepen advisory capabilities, and build specialist teams for project strategy and customer engagement.
