Proptech startup Spintly raises Rs3.5 Cr in extended seed funding round
Goa- and Milpitas, California (USA)-based proptech startup Spintly has raised INR 3.5 crore in an extended seed funding round led by Spyre VC. The round also saw participation from Accel India, Chakra Growth Fund and Alumni Ventures, among others.Founded in 2017 by Rohin Parkar and Malcolm Dsouza, Spintly offers wireless and cloud-based access control solutions and smart building systems for residential and commercial spaces.The new funds will be used to accelerate Spintly’s market reach, increase its presence in different countries, strengthen senior management functions, and expand the scope of its smart building solutions by leveraging AI and machine learning.
Between Apr 2021 and Apr 2024, Spintly had raised about USD 5.10 M from Accel India, Chakra Growth Fund, RiSo Capitaland Others.
