Prosus Ventures invests $80-M for 10.65 % stake in supply chain financier Mintifi
Netherlands-based Prosus Ventures has acquired a 10.65% stake in Mumbai-based supply chain financing platform Mintifi for USD 80 million.Founded in 2017 by Anup Agarwal, Ankit Mehta and Sanjay Shome, Mintifi offers financing and payment solutions for SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) including working capital loans, invoice discounting and term loans.
Between Nov-17 and Mar-23, Mintifi had raised about USD 169.78 M from Lok Capital, IFC, Elevation Capital, Norwest, PremjiInvest and Others.
