Q-Com startup Zepto attracts Rs.7.5 Cr from Elcid Investments

Mumbai-based quick commerce firm Zepto has raised INR 7.5 crore from publicly listed NBFC, Elcid Investments, at USD 6 Billion valuation. The company will allot 22,55,639 equity shares to Elcid Investment at a price of INR 33.25 per share for a 0.0146% stake.Founded in 2021 by Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra, Zepto is a quick-commerce platform known for its 10-minute grocery delivery service across Indian cities and offers a range of products, including fresh produce and daily essentials.
Between Jan 2021 and Nov 2024, Zepto had attracted about USD 1967- M from Glade Brook Capital, Goodwater Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, StepStone Group, and others.For FY24, Zepto had reported about INR 4,454 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 1,249 Cr in Net Loss.
