Ghaziabad-based health-tech startup Rio Health has raised INR 43.08 crore in a pre-Series A funding round led by Version One Ventures, with participation from existing investors Xeed Ventures, Good Capital, and Amplify Partner.Founded in 2023 by Ankur Agrawal and Amit Ahuja, the company operates an AI-powered quick-commerce platform for medicines and healthcare essentials. Users can order medicines and healthcare products via WhatsApp. Delivery times range between 15 and 30 minutes.Rio Health plans to use the fresh capital to support its general operating and working capital requirements, fund capital expenditure and expand its business operations. Following this round, the company’s post-money valuation is estimated at INR 170 crore.
