QRG Investments offloads shares of co-working solutions provider Awfis worth Rs.141-Cr
QRG Investments has sold a 82% stake in New Delhi-based co-working solutions firm Awfis through a bulk deal, offloading 2,407,800 shares at INR 585.14 per share for INR 140.9 crore.This transaction follows a previous sale last month where QRG offloaded 367,408 Awfis shares for INR 22 crore, bringing its total disinvestment to 94% of its overall stake in the company.As of March 2025, QRG Investments held 2,939,074 shares of Awfis, representing 4.11% of Awfis' total captable.
QRG first invested in Awfis as part of the Series F round in 2022 and had invested until an equity round in 2023. Other current investors in the company include InnoVen Capital, ChrysCapital, Peak XV Partners and The Three Sisters.
