QSR chain Good Flippin’ Burgers to raise Rs.55-Cr from SR Foundation
Mumbai-based Good Flippin’ Burgers is to raise INR 55 crore in fresh funding from Delhi-based S.R. Foundation. The transaction involves the issuance of 58,668 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at INR 9,374.77 per share.Founded in 2019 by Viren DSilva, Sijo Mathew and Sid Marchant, the company operates a network of 67 quick-service restaurants across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. It plans to use the fresh capital to support growth and expansion.
Between Jun 2023 and Apr 2024, Good Flippin Burgers had attracted about USD 8 M from Tanglin Venture Partners.For FY25, Good Flippin Burgers had reported about INR 111 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 18 Cr in Net loss.
