QSR chain MahaChai raises Rs.2-Cr from New Age India Fund

Nagpur-based quick service restaurant (QSR) brand MahaChai has raised INR 2 crore from New Age India Fund as a part of its larger fundraise.The proceeds from the fresh issue will be used by the company for launching new outlets/kiosks.Founded in 2020 by Pradeep Kulkarni and Rupesh Gupta, Mahachai offers fast and hygienic food and franchises in express-ways, metro networks, and state transport hubs.
