QSR platform Pink Adrak raises Rs.12-Cr
Gurugram-based quick-service restaurant platform Pink Adrak has raised INR 12.25 Cr from Shivam Mishra, founder of String Ventures. The funding, announced following the company's appearance on Bharat ke Super Founders, includes a mix of equity and revenue support.Founded in 2021 by Ankur Gakkhar, Pink Adrak, which operates as a platform-led food services venture, currently manages 12 outlets across Gurugram and Jaipur. The company reports having delivered over 5 lakh orders to date.The company plans to use the investment to expand its brand across northern India, scale its operations to 50 outlets, develop new formats including Fresh Meal Vending Cafes, and broaden its subscription-based programme.
