Qualcomm Ventures sells 1.3% stake in logistics co. Shadowfax for Rs.184-Cr

Qualcomm Ventures (via its unit Qualcomm Asia Pacific) has divested a 1.3% stake in Bengaluru-based logistics solutions provider Shadowfax Technologies for INR 184 crore through an open market transaction of 75 lakh equity shares at an average price of INR 245.13 per share.Following this transaction, Qualcomm Ventures' shareholding in the company has decreased from 2.26% to approximately 1%.

Qualcomm Ventures first invested in Shadowfax in Aug 2018. The company went public in Jan 2026, as part of which Qualcomm Ventures had made a part exit.
