Bengaluru-based quick commerce platform FirstClub has raised USD 55 million in a Series B round of funding led by Peak XV Partners and Sofina Ventures. Existing investors Accel, RTP Global, and Paramark Ventures also participated in the round.Founded in 2024 by Ayyappan Rajagopal, FirstClub delivers groceries and consumer goods. The company plans to use the new funds to improve its supply chain infrastructure, invest in cold-chain integrity, quality testing protocols, and demand forecasting, and expand its product categories.

Between Dec 2024 and Jan 2026, FirstClub had attracted about $ 33 M from 2AM Ventures, Accel India, Blume Ventures, Mehta Equities, Quiet Capital, RTP Global, Aditya Birla Ventures, Paramark Ventures, Alteria Capital and others.
