Quick-fashion startup Knot raises $5-M funding from 12 Flags, others
Bengaluru-based quick-fashion delivery startup Knot has raised USD 5 million in a funding round led by 12 Flags, with participation from existing investors Kae Capital and Boundless Ventures.Founded in 2025 by Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, Knot claims to provide 60-minute delivery with doorstep trials and AI-powered virtual try-on features.The new funds will be used to expand its services in Mumbai and other cities, add new micro-warehouses, and strengthen its last-mile operations for high-volume orders.
Between May 2023 and Jul 2025, KNOT had attracted about USD 5 M from All In Capital, iSeed, Superb Capital, WEH Ventures, Boundless Ventures, Kae Capital, Sparrow Capital and others.For FY24, KNOT had reported about INR 0.4 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 4 Cr in Net Loss.
