Rahul Yadav's protech co 4B Networks raises Rs.90-Cr more from Info Edge
Publicly listed Info Edge, via its unit Allcheckdeals India Pvt Ltd, has invested an additional INR 90 crore in Mumbai-based proptech startup 4B Networks (by acquiring 1,913 CCPS). Info Edge's stake in the startup - founded by Housing.com's founder Rahul Yadav - now stands at 59.8%. Founded in 2020, 4B is engaged in the business of enabling real estate developers and brokers to communicate with each other and conduct their business via the Broker Network Platform. It helps Brokers conduct site visits and provide home loan related services to their clients. It reported a turnover of INR 17.92 Cr for FY22.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Oct-21 and Mar-22, 4B had raised around INR 170 Cr from Info Edge.
