Real estate-focused chatbot maker VerbaFlo raises $7-M led by Pi Labs

Delhi-based conversational AI platform VerbaFlo has raised USD 7 million in a seed funding round. Pi Labs led the round, with participation from Haatch, Navigate Ventures, Old College Capital, and a group of global family offices. The company had previously raised USD 2.5 million in a pre-seed round in December 2024 from the Downing Family and other investors.Founded in 2024 by Sayantan Biswas, Abhishek Garg, VP Singh, and Dan Smith, VerbaFlo claims to transform customer engagement by assisting property owners and operators in managing leasing, operations, and resident engagement through conversational AI.The company plans to use the new funds to expand its presence in the USA and other international markets, invest in product development, and scale its global team.
