Real estate services platform Sila raises funding from Godrej, JSW, Lodha, Sattva family offices
Family offices, including those of Godrej, JSW, Lodha, and Sattva, have invested in Mumbai-based integrated real estate services platform Sila Solutions .Founded by brothers Rushabh and Sahil Vora, Sila provides facility management, material handling equipment leasing, food catering, and real estate advisory services to corporate occupiers, institutional funds, and developers.The new funds will be used to support its growth as an asset-light business services platform within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Between Aug 2019 and Apr 2026, Sila Solutions had attracted about $173 M from Norwest and others.For FY25, Sila had reported about Rs.618 Cr in Operating Income and about Rs. 2 Cr in PAT.
