Real Estate tech platform Square Yards raises $25-M from ADM Capital
Gurugram-based integrated real estate platform Square Yards has raised USD 25-M from ADM Capital as growth capital. This is the third round of fund raising by the company, and is the first tranche of its proposal for a larger growth capital raise of over USD 100 million in the near term. Boutique Investment bank Perigon Consiliario was sole financial advisor to Square Yards on this transaction. Square Yards is planning to use the capital to continue to expand and invest in various verticals across the value chain.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between Nov-16 and Sep-19 Square Yards had raised close to INR 224 crore from Genkai Capital and Reliance Capital.
