Real Estate tech startup 4B Networks raise Rs 15-Cr from Info Edge

Info Edge (India) Ltd has acquired additional 4,245 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) to increase its shareholding in Mumbai-based 4B Networks Private Limited from 19.9% to 37.03% for INR 15 crore. 4B which was incorporated in November 2020 is engaged in the business of enabling real estate developers and brokers to communicate with each other and conduct their business via the Broker Network Platform.
