Realtor Elan Group repays Rs.875-CR debt to PAG’s Asia Pragati Fund
Gurugram-based developer Elan Group has repaid INR 875 crore debt availed from Asia Pragati Strategic Investment Fund, part of PE investment firm PAG. The repayment was made before the scheduled timeline.Asia Pragati had invested INR 875 crore in the Elan Group in 2022, with the funds used towards growth capital.
