Realtor Lodha buys out Bain Capital’s stake in 3 digital infra assets for Rs.307-Cr
Mumbai-based Lodha Group has acquired Bain Capital’s stake in three joint digital infrastructure platform entities for INR 307 crore as a part of its strategy to increase its control on its industrial and logistics assets. It has agreed to buy a 30% stake in Bellissimo Digital Infrastructure Development Management for INR 22 crore, a 33.33% equity stake in Palava Induslogic 4 for INR 189.88 crore, and a 33.33% stake in Bellissimo In City FC Mumbai 1 for INR 95.12 crore.Macrotech Developers (formerly known as Lodha Developers) develops residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, Thane, Hyderabad, Pune and London.
