Realtor Omaxe repays Rs.229-Cr to SWAMIH Fund

Delhi-based, publicly listed real estate developer Omaxe Group has repaid the debt it availed from the Special Window for Affordable and Mid-Income Housing (SWAMIH) Fund. The repayment covers two developments: ‘The Lake’ in New Chandigarh and Omaxe Shiva, Shiva 2, and Shiva 3 in Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.These projects had received last-mile credit facilities: INR 168.80 crore for The Lake and INR 60.40 crore for the Prayagraj developments.The Lake has a saleable area of 28,00,205 sq. ft., comprising 1,402 units. In Prayagraj, Omaxe Shiva, Shiva 2, and Shiva 3 collectively offer independent floors with a saleable area of 5,60,680 sq. ft., comprising 304 units. The SWAMIH facility was fully repaid from internal project cash flows, following the substantial completion of construction.
