Realtor Puravankara raises Rs.500-Cr from Piramal Enterprises
Publicly listed Piramal Enterprises has invested over INR 500 crore in a portfolio of projects - across both commercial and residential - of Bengaluru-based real estate developer Puravankara Group.Puravankara Group has a presence in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kochi, Goa, Kolkata, Coimbatore, and Mangalore. The company claims to have delivered 80+ residential and commercial projects measuring 45 million square feet. It has a land bank of over 56 million sq ft and currently has 18,000+ homes with a total area of over 24.14 million sq ft under development.
