Realtor Supertech raises Rs.450-Cr from Kotak fund for Noida project
Realty firm Supertech Ltd has raised INR 450 crore from Kotak Investment Advisors (KIAL) for its project in Sector 94, Noida. The company will also pay INR 310 crore to existing lenders, to resume the construction work of the project.The 5 million sq ft project is 50% completed and includes the tallest residential tower of NCR.
