Realty-focused Millenia WB Yield Fund to raise Rs.500-Cr
Economic Times Millenia WB Yield Fund
Mumbai-based WhiteBoard Advisory & Management and Chennai-based Casagrand have received SEBI approval to raise INR 500 crore under the newly formed Millenia WB Yield Fund . The fund is designed to provide growth capital for residential projects, with an initial investment focus on Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The fund intends to complete between four and five investments in 2026.
