Realty services co. TCC Concept to acquire online furniture seller Pepperfry

Pune-based, publicly listed tech products and services company TCC Concept is to buy a 100% stake in Mumbai-based online furniture and home decor marketplace Pepperfry .Founded in 2012 by the late Ambareesh Murty and Ashish Shah, Pepperfry sells furniture and other home products through its website, e-commerce marketplaces, and offline stores. It claims to serve more than 6,500 PIN codes across 173 cities in India.
Between Dec 2011 and Jun 2025, Pepperfry.com had attracted about USD 284 M from Goldman Sachs, Norwest, Panthera Growth Partners, Aarin Capital, Bertelsmann India Investments, Food Seed Tech, Pidilite Group and others.For FY24, Pepperfry.com had reported about INR 189 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 118 Cr in Net Loss.
