Realty services platform Sila raises $100-M from Permira; Norwest makes partial exit

London-headquartered investment firm Permira has acquired a 40% stake in Mumbai-based business services and real estate platform Sila Solutions in return for a USD 100 million investment. This transaction included a partial divestment of a 36% stake by existing investor Norwest Venture Partners, while angel investors sold the remaining 4%.Founded in 2010 by Rushabh and Sahil Vora, Sila provides facility management, material handling, equipment leasing, food catering, and real estate advisory services through an integrated platform. The company operates in over 125 cities, manages more than 450 million sq ft of real estate, and employs over 60,000.The primary capital will be used to enhance Sila’s technology capabilities, broaden its service lines, and facilitate further expansion.Norwest Venture Partners had invested a total of USD 54 million in Sila since 2019.

For FY25, Sila Solutions had reported about INR 618 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 2 Cr in PAT.
