Rekha Jhunjhunwala sells 2% stake in gaming tech co. Nazara for Rs.374-Cr

Rekha Jhunjhunwala, wife of late investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala (promoter of Rare Enterprises), has sold a 1.98% stake in gaming and sports media platform Nazara Technologies through open market transactions. Following the transaction, her stake in the company decreased from 7.06% to 5.07%.

In Dec 2017, Nazara Technologies had raised about USD 28 M from Rare Enterprises. The company went public in Mar 2021.
