Reliance Strategic Business acquires 23.3% stake in US-based Exyn Tech for $25-M
Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Ltd (RSBVL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), has acquired a 23.3% stake in US-based Exyn Technologies Inc for USD 25 million. Exyn is an early stage technology company, incorporated in Delaware, with headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It offers multi-platform robotic autonomy for complex, GPS-lacking environments. The turnover of Exyn for CY 2021, CY 2020 and CY 2019 was USD 4.32 million, USD 1.83 million and USD 0.16 million, respectively.
