Restaurant chain Acai Theory raises Rs.4-Cr led by All In capital
Bengaluru-based quick-service restaurant chain Acai Theory has raised INR 4 crore in a pre-seed round led by All In Capital, with participation from TDV Partners and angel investors Rinshul Chandra, Harpreet Grover (Curious Parent), Anurag Prasad (Visit Health), and Harish Varadarajan (Fragaria).Founded in 2025 by Rishav Ranjan and Akash Kyal, Acai Theory offers a menu comprising bowls, smoothies, and superfood snacks.The fresh funding will be used by the company to accelerate expansion, strengthen supply chain and R&D capabilities. It plans scaling to 8-10 outlets in Bengaluru, establishing a central kitchen, and implementing AI-led tools and digitised SOPs for operational efficiency and consistency.
