Restaurant chain Burger Singh raises Rs.82-Cr in Series B led by Artal Asia
Gurugram-based homegrown restaurant chain Burger Singh has raised INR 82 crore in a Series B funding round at a valuation of INR 520 crore. The round was led by Artal Asia Pte Ltd, with participation from existing and new investors, including Negen Undiscovered Value Fund and Aurum Rising India Fund.Founded in 2012 by Kabir Jeet Singh, Nitin Rana and Rahul Seth, Burger Singh offers Indian-flavoured fast food, including burgers, fries, chicken wings, dips, drinks, and desserts, and operates over 200 stores.The company will use the fresh capital to strengthen systems, processes, and infrastructure required to build a scalable franchise-first restaurant growth platform.
Between May 2019 and Nov 2023, Burger Singh had attracted about USD 8 M from Munjal Family Office, RB Investments, Negen Capital, Qi Ventures, Rukam Capital, Homage Ventures and others.For FY25, Burger Singh had reported about INR 117 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 4 Cr in Net Loss.
