Restaurant delivery enabler Loop AI raises $14-M led by Nyca Partners
Bengaluru- and San Francisco, CA (USA)-based Loop AI has raised USD 14 million in a Series A funding round led by Nyca Partners, with participation from Gokul Rajaram, Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital, and Operators Studio. Osama Bedier, an investment partner at Nyca Partners, will join Loop AI’s board as part of the investment.Co-founded by Sundar Annamalai and Anand Karthik Tumuluru, Loop AI is an enterprise AI platform designed to manage back-office operations for restaurants and retail businesses. The platform assists restaurant operators in managing delivery as a scalable revenue channel, aiming to maintain margins comparable to in-store dining through automated and agent-driven workflows.The fresh funding will be used by the company to expand product offerings and increase headcount across its offices in New York, San Francisco and Tampa in the USA and in Bengaluru.
