Restaurant-focused SaaS startup Optipro AI raises fresh funding
Bengaluru-based Optipro AI has raised funding, which will be used to expand its footprint across India and accelerate product development.Founded by Harshendar Reddy, Optipro AI provides a unified dashboard that enables restaurants to monitor and manage operations across online food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato in real time.The firm claims to have processed over five million orders and 500,000 reviews so far, supporting over 800 restaurant locations in automating workflows, minimising refund occurrences, and enhancing customer satisfaction and platform ratings.
