Restaurant mgmt software co. Petpooja raises Rs.137-Cr led by Dharana Capital

Ahmedabad-based restaurant POS (point of sale) and management software Petpooja has raised INR 137 crore led by Dharana Capital, in a mix of primary and secondary funding with participation from Ashish Gupta (Helion Ventures), Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Varun Khaitan, Raghav Chandra, and Mukund Kulashekaran.Founded in 2011, Petpooja provides various management solutions, including billing, inventory management, online ordering and other management services to restaurants.The fresh funds will be used by the company for improving its product portfolio, accelerating AI-driven automation, and strengthening customer support.

Between Dec-19 and Sep-21, Petpooja had attracted about USD 8.9 M from GVFL, Aroa Ventures, and others.For FY24, Petpooja had reported about INR 76.28 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 13.40 Cr in Net Loss.
