Retail intelligence platform Fairdeal raises $3-M led by Incubate Fund, Waterbridge Ventures
Gurugram-based retail intelligence platform Fairdeal.Market has raised USD 3 million (INR 26.3 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round led by Incubate Fund Asia and existing investor Waterbridge Ventures. The round also saw participation from angel investors.The new funds will be used to deepen the firm’s technology stack, expand into new zones in Delhi NCR and onboard more D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands.Founded in 2022 by brothers Prateek Bansal and Yash Bansal, Fairdeal builds data-led distribution networks to provide full-stack offline distribution service to D2C brands. It aims to build a platform of 100,000 retailers over the next three years.
In Sep 2023, Fairdeal.Market had attracted about USD 2 M from Gemba Capital, Growx Ventures, WaterBridge Ventures and others.For FY24, Fairdeal.Market had reported about INR 0.7 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 4 Cr in Net Loss.
