Retail SaaS solutions provider Vinculum secures Series C funding led by Shiprocket
Delhi-headquartered omnichannel retail SaaS solution Vinculum has received the first tranche of its Series C funding round, in a mix of debt and equity, led by logistics unicorn Shiprocket with participation from Accel India and debt financier Recur Club. The round also saw the founders increasing their stake in the company. The development comes days after it was reported that Delhivery made a strategic investment in Vinculum. Founded in 2007 by Venkat Nott, Annajee Nott and Deepak Singla, Vinculum Group offers omnichannel SaaS software for e-commerce brands. The platform allows brands to syndicate product data, expand reach through online marketplaces and manage orders and inventory across channels. Vinculum claims to have more than 400 customers, enabling fulfilment from any point in the supply chain with support for B2B and B2C marketplaces. It will use the funds to hire talent and accelerate product development.
From the Venture Intelligence PE-VC Deal Database: Between 2010 and 2017, Vinculum had raised over USD 13 M. (Subscribers to the database can login to view the list of existing investors, valuation, deal structuring and other transaction details.)
