RMZ Corp, CPPIB to sell One Paramount 1 Tech Park in Chennai to Keppel for Rs.2,100-Cr
Bengaluru-based real estate developer RMZ Corp and CPPIB (The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board) have signed an agreement to sell office complex One Paramount 1 Tech Park in Chennai to Singapore-based asset manager Keppel Land for around INR 2,100 crore.
50 joint venture with RMZ for construction projects in Chennai and Hyderabad . CPPIB invested INR 1,500 crore in the joint venture.
