Robotics startup General Autonomy raises Rs.32-Cr led by Elevation Capital, India Quotient
Bangalore-based Robotics startup General Autonomy has raised about INR 32 crore (USD 3.3 million) in a seed round led by existing investors Elevation Capital and India Quotient, with participation from Blue Asva Varenya Fund, FBC Venture Partners, Spearhead Capital, and Ishendra Agarwal (GIVA), along with co-founders Farid Ahsan and Bhanu Pratap Singh, each investing INR 99.6 lakh. The deal values the company at INR 280 crore, post money.Founded in 2023, General Autonomy develops advanced AI-driven humanoid robots designed to automate labour-intensive workflows across various industries and everyday environments.The fresh funding will be used to increase research and development and expedite the creation of its robotics stack, including robot dogs and humanoid systems.
In Nov-23, General Autonomy had attracted about USD 3 M from Elevation Capital, India Quotient.
