Rural commerce platform Rozana raises Rs.200-Cr led by Bertelsmann

Delhi-based Rozana Rural Commerce Pvt Ltd has raised INR 290 crore in a Series B funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments. Other participants in the funding round include Fireside Ventures, Spark Growth Ventures, Bikaji Family Office and FE Securities. The new funds will be used to strengthen Rozana’s technology, expand product categories, develop private labels and deepen brand partnerships.Founded in 2021 by Ankur Dahiya, Adwait Vikram Singh and Mukesh Christopher, the company operates in 16 districts across Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. It serves more than 1 million active households across 21,000 villages. The firm plans to expand to more than 200 stores and enter two to three additional northern states. It has a long-term target of reaching 1,30,000 villages.Rozana has raised over USD 30 million across its funding rounds to date.

Between Oct 2021 and Sep 2025, Rozana.in had attracted about USD 55 M from 3ONE4 Capital, IEG India, Bertelsmann India Investments, Fireside Ventures, Alteria Capital and others.For FY24, Rozana.in had reported about INR 183 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 38 Cr in Net Loss.
