Rural India focused telemedicine player Medyseva raises Rs.1.5 Cr

Medyseva, a telemedicine healthcare startup based in Indore has raised INR 1.5 crore in a pre-Series A funding under Startup India Seed Fund Scheme from AIC RNTU Bhopal. The startup also received funds from a clutch of angel investors including Mohit Gulati, Mandar Joshi, Yamika Mehra, Ankita Vashistha, Aarti Gupta, and Dr Vivek Bindra (via reality show “Horses Stable”), to build a network of its flagship initiative Medyseva Kendra in rural India. Medyseva focuses on telemedicine in rural India. It aims to offer access to high quality healthcare services at affordable prices. Medyseva will use the funds to hire specialist doctors to ensure efficient service delivery to the rural sector, reinforce and extend its IT infrastructure, and add more services to its existing offerings.
