S’ware platforms provider to banks BusinessNext raises $40-M from ServiceNow
Noida-based BusinessNext (formerly known as CRMnext) has raised USD 40-M in a Series B funding round from ServiceNow Ventures, in lieu of a 5% stake.Founded in 2001 by Nishant Singh, Bidhan Choudhary, and Manoj Kumar Singh, BusinessNext is an autonomous banking platform that provides solutions across lending, customer service, and agentic workflows. The company serves financial institutions, including HDFC Bank, SBI General, Axis Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank. BusinessNext also derives revenue from international markets, including Europe, West Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the USA.The company intends to use the new capital and the strategic partnership with ServiceNow to accelerate its expansion into Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.
Between Mar 2014 and Apr 2021, BusinessNext had attracted about $ 43 M from Ascent Capital, Avataar Venture Partners, Norwest.For FY25, BusinessNext had reported about INR 305 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 3 Cr in PAT.
