SaaS applications & databases connector UnifyApps in talks with EQT to raise $120-M

New York- and Gurgaon-based UnifyApps is in talks with private equity firm EQT to raise between $100-M and $120-M in a fresh funding round. If the transaction concludes, the company is expected to reach a valuation of $700-M to $750-M. The projected valuation represents a more than threefold increase from the company’s $200-M valuation in October 2025.This round follows a $50-M investment from WestBridge Capital raised in 2025.Founded in 2023 by Pavitar Singh, the company helps enterprises connect core databases and workplace applications, such as Salesforce and Workday, to automate workflows and deploy AI agents within existing software stacks. UnifyApps plans to use the capital to further its platform capabilities as enterprises seek to integrate AI into current infrastructure rather than building new systems.Upon the completion of this round, UnifyApps would become the third Indian AI company to raise more than $100-M, following Sarvam and Emergent.

Between Mar 2024 and Jul 2025, UnifyApps had attracted about $ 84 M from WestBridge, Elevation Capital, Iconiq Capital, Others.For FY25, UnifyApps had reported about INR 12 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 110 Cr in Net Loss.
