SaaS firm MindTickle set to turn unicorn with $100-M funding from SoftBank
Tech-focussed investor SoftBank Vision Fund is set to invest USD 100 million in portfolio firm MindTickle. The software-as-a-service (SaaS) company is likely to be valued at USD 1.1 billion after the investment. This is a significant jump in valuation for MindTickle compared to its previous funding round in November, when it was valued at USD 500 million. SoftBank had led the USD 100 million financing round then as well. Norwest Venture Partners, Canaan, NewView Capital and Qualcomm Ventures are among its existing investors.
