SaaS startup Prescinto acquired by IBM
Bangalore-based AI-powered clean energy SaaS platform Prescinto has been acquired by US-headquartered IT Services giant IBM. The acquisition will enable IBM customers to track and monitor the performance of solar, wind and energy storage assets.Founded in 2016 by Anmol Singh Jaggi, Puneet Jaggi, and Sanjay Bhasin, Prescinto provides asset performance management (APM) software for the renewable energy segment.
Between Dec 2020 and Mar 2022, Prescinto had raised funding from Dominor Investment, TRTL Ventures, Z Nation Lab and angel networks including Venture Catalysts, Inflection Point Ventures, Mumbai Angels and LetsVenture.
