SaaS startups Chargebee, Innovaccer in talks to raise funds

Chennai-based subscription billing and revenue management platform Chargebee is in talks to raise funds at valuations of around USD 3-3.5 billion, likely doubling from earlier this year. Existing investor Tiger Global as well as Sequoia Capital are expected to back the startup. Noida-based Innovaccer, another SaaS startup, is also in talks to raise funds at valuations of USD 3-4 billion. Innovaccer connects and processes healthcare data to create unified patient records, and actionable insights.
