SaaS unicorn Amagi acquires content recommendation platform Argoid AI
Unicorn technology provider for broadcast and connected TV (CTV) Amagi has acquired fellow Bengaluru-based startup Argoid AI that specialises in recommendation engines and programming automation for OTT platforms.
In Feb 2021, Argoid had raised about INR 7.09 Cr from YourNest and Turbostart.For FY24, Argoid had reported about INR 3.15 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 0.44 Cr in PAT.
