Sadev Ventures appoints Ishan Kansal as co-founder & partner
Delhi-based early-stage venture capital firm Sadev Ventures has appointed former CRED and Snabbit executive Ishan Kansal as co-founder and managing partner.Kansal joins the firm with professional experience across investment banking, consumer internet, fintech, and insurtech, having previously served as the head of product at Snabbit and as part of the early team at CRED.Founded in 2024 by former BharatPe COO Dhruv Dhanraj Bahl, Sadev Ventures was originally launched as Eternal Capital before rebranding in August 2025. It currently manages a corpus of INR 240 crore and targets INR 1,000 crore in assets under management over the next 18-24 months. The firm is preparing to launch its second equity fund and enter the venture debt segment. It remains a sector-agnostic fund focusing on seed to pre-Series A startups, with previous investments including Asaya, Bidso, Atomgrid, Cleevo, Vama, Gladful, Prosperr, and Liquide.
