Sales enabler for wholesalers WizCommerce raises $8.3 M from existing investors
Bengaluru- and Washington DC (USA)-based WizCommerce has raised USD 8.3 million in a funding round from existing investors Blume Ventures, Alpha Wave, Z47, 100X VC, and Peak XV Partners.Blume Ventures led the investment round with USD 3 million, followed by Alpha Wave with USD 2.86million. Additional contributions included USD 1.72 million from Peak XV Partners, USD 0.91 million from Z47 and USD 0.57 million from 100X VC.Founded in 2020 by Divyaanshu Makkar and Vikas Garg, WizCommerce operates an AI-native SaaS platform for wholesale distributors. The company provides AI-powered sales tools, transaction facilitation, and value-added services to its clients.
Between Oct 2021 and Aug 2025, WizCommerce had attracted about $13 M from Alpha Wave Global, Blume Ventures, LogX Ventures, Peak XV Partners, Z47, Others.For FY25, WizCommerce had reported about INR 6 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 10 Cr in Net Loss.
