Salt Oral Care raises $1-M in pre-Series A led by Lotus Holdings
Mumbai-based oral wellness brand Salt Oral Care has raised USD 1 million in a pre-Series A funding round from Lotus Holdings (Lotus Herbals Family Office) at a post-money valuation of INR 46 crore (USD 5.3 million).The proceeds will be allocated towards new product innovation, R&D, branding and marketing initiatives, and team expansion. The company had previously raised USD 358,000 from Saurashtra Capital and others.Co-founded in 2022 by Karan Raj Kohli and Viraj Kapur, Salt Oral Care focuses on providing oral care products, with a commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Its portfolio includes toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthspray and mouthwash. The brand plans to expand its footprint across India and international markets.
