Sands Capital sells 1.4% stake trucking logistics co. Blackbuck for Rs 135.6 Cr
Sands Capital, via Sands Capital Private Growth II Ltd, has sold a 1.4% stake in Bengaluru-headquartered, publicly listed trucking logistics firm Blackbuck , via bulk deals on the BSE and NSE for INR 135.59 crore. Sands Capital sold 12.9 lakh shares priced at INR 515.72 apiece on the BSE and 13.44 lakh shares at INR 515.61 each on the NSE.
