SCM co. LEAP India files for Rs.2,480-Cr IPO

Mumbai-based LEAP India has filed its red herring prospectus with SEBI for an initial public offering (IPO) of up to INR 2,480 crore, with a price band set between Rs.151 and Rs.159 per share. The transaction includes a fresh issue of shares worth up to INR 480 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to INR 2,000 crore. Selling shareholders in the OFS include global investment firm KKR (via its units Vertical Holdings II and KIA EBT Scheme 3). At the upper end of the price band, the IPO values the company at approximately INR 7,004.5 crore, or roughly $735-M.Founded in 2013 by Sunu Mathew, the company provides supply chain solutions, including equipment pooling, returnable packaging, and inventory management, to clients across the FMCG, automotive, and ecommerce sectors.The company reported an operating revenue of INR 729.5 crore for the fiscal year 2026, marking a 56.4% increase from the previous year. Net profit also rose by 66% to reach INR 62.3 crore in the same period.

Between Dec 2014 and Dec 2024, Leap India had attracted about $473 M from KKR, Mayfield, FirstBridgeFund, Narotam Sekhsaria Family Office, Niveshaay, Sixth Sense Ventures, Others.
