Security tech co. AppViewX acquired by US-based Haveli Investments
Coimbatore- and USA-based certificate lifecycle management and public key infrastructure company AppViewX has been acquired by Austin, TX (USA)-based private equity firm Haveli Investments . As part of the acquisition, Haveli has appointed Dino DiMarino as the CEO to lead AppViewX.Founded by Anand Purusothaman in 2008, AppViewX operates two Centres of Excellence in Coimbatore and Bengaluru.
